What we do consistently or not do consistently becomes a habit. The habits of action or inaction have dramatically different results. Once you get into the habit of action, taking action becomes natural. Once you get into the habit of inaction, it takes a great deal of effort to change.
Each habit has its own merits. If you are in the habit of taking action – that’s powerful for positive actions – exercising, eating healthy, making your marriage a priority, etc.
The habit of inaction is very useful for avoiding negative actions – such as not smoking, not eating yet another piece of cake, etc.
Use your habits to your advantage. You have the ability to act or to not act. Follow through, everyday. And the perfect time to start is now.
