Embrace the Changes

We all face having to make a difficult decision, at one time or another. And as we analyze, contemplate, research, and ponder our options, we end up with analysis paralysis. We become so paralyzed with uncertainty and doubt, that we end up not choosing to take any action at all.

Admittedly, there are times when we all get stuck and need a little push

Fortunately, life is constantly changing. And when we feel stuck at times, things around us seem to continue to move forward. That movement and change may be just enough to push us in the right direction, get us back on track, and back into action.

Whenever we feel stuck, and surely those times will come, we can simply stay at peace with our indecision and lack of focus.

1. Let Go.

When you are scared, you probably tense up. That tension causes you to freeze. Let go and trust that life is conspiring with you, and not against you.

2. Notice the signs.

Once you start accepting the changes that come your way, you will be presented with many choices. Trust your instincts, make the best choice possible, and trust you have made the right decision.

3. Create movement.

When all else fails, evaluate your options. Choose a course of action and take a step in that direction.

Remember, insanity is defined as “doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”

So if you’re feeling frozen, just DO SOMETHING. Do something different or contrary; not necessarily the opposite. And see where it takes you.
