Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy is an excellent and effective method to help people
work through the problems they are experiencing, so they can move on
and enjoy a life that is productive and fulfilling.
When you are concerned about someone who is going through
difficult times, please encourage them to call my office at
216-292-4500 for an appointment.
What to Expect in Therapy
My particular approach is Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic.
Cognitive and Behavioral therapies have been scientifically proven
for effectiveness and efficiency.
My methods are active, directive, and educative. During our
sessions together, I focus on solving the problems you are presently
experiencing. No one wants to be in therapy for months, nor is it
cost-effective. I provide solution-focused counseling so you can
see results immediately.
You may have been in therapy in the past, but have not been able to
make lasting changes. Many emotional and psychological problems are
a result of negative and/or traumatic experiences in childhood which
become rooted in the subconscious. Through psychodynamic therapy,
we can address how your unconscious mind affects your behavior and
feelings today. Through individual therapy, you will gain
self-understanding and emotional relief. Together, we can make
lasting, positive changes in your life.
